Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship to selected countries and regions shown at checkout, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and many European countries. Available destinations may vary by product, address and checkout settings.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated carrier transit time after shipment depends on the destination:

• United States: about 5-8 business days
• United Kingdom: about 3-5 business days
• Germany and France: about 4-6 business days
• Australia: about 8-10 business days
• Other destinations: shown at checkout when available

Remote areas, customs checks, holidays, weather and local delivery conditions may add extra time.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available for your destination, a tracking link will be sent after the carrier scans the package. Tracking may take a short time to update after shipment.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination, parcel weight and the products in your order. Face towels, bath towels, towel sets, hair towel wraps, bathrobes and throw blankets have different package weights, so the rate may change as you select sizes or add items.

Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Product prices and checkout totals may not include every import duty, customs fee or local tax required by your country. Additional charges assessed by local customs are usually the customer's responsibility.

Why is my country not available at checkout?

Some addresses may be unavailable because of carrier coverage, remote-area restrictions or temporary shipping limitations. Contact us if your country or address cannot be selected and we can check the available options.

Products, Materials & Sizing

What are your towels made from?

Our towel listings specify their exact materials. The cotton towel collections use soft, absorbent cotton constructions; decorative trims and selected details may use other fibers where noted on the product page.

What towel sizes are available?

Sizes vary by collection. Classic stripe styles generally offer a 34 x 75 cm face towel, 70 x 140 cm bath towel, or matching two-piece set. Oversized styles offer a 40 x 80 cm face towel and 83 x 162 cm bath towel. Selected jacquard designs also include a washcloth. Always check the Size options section on the product page for exact measurements and approximate weight.

What is included in a towel set?

The selected option is listed beside the Add to cart button. Two-piece sets include one face towel and one bath towel in the same color design. Selected jacquard three-piece sets include one washcloth, one face towel and one bath towel.

What size is the hair towel wrap?

The Retro Stripe Cotton Hair Towel Wrap measures about 24 x 62 cm at its widest and longest points. Its button-and-loop shape is designed as a comfortable one-size wrap.

How does the bathrobe fit?

The Retro Stripe Cotton Terry Bathrobe has a relaxed one-size fit. The product page lists a recommended height of 155-180 cm and weight of 45-70 kg, together with garment measurements. Fit preference and body shape can affect how it feels.

What size are the throw blankets?

The half-velvet knit throw blankets are about 130 x 170 cm, with a tolerance of +/- 5 cm. They are designed for sofas, beds, office chairs, travel and everyday lounging.

Are the colors exactly the same as the photos?

We photograph products as clearly as possible, but colors can look slightly different because of lighting, screen settings and production batches. Small variations are normal.

Care

How should I wash cotton towels and hair wraps?

Machine wash cold with similar colors before first use unless the product page says otherwise. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Tumble dry low or hang dry fully between uses. Fasten the button on hair towel wraps before washing.

Is a little lint normal?

A small amount of surface lint can be normal on extra-soft, low-twist cotton towels. Washing separately before first use removes most loose fibers. Do not pull loose terry loops; trim a snag carefully if needed.

How should I wash bathrobes and throw blankets?

Wash bathrobes separately in a laundry bag on a cold gentle cycle to protect the terry loops. Wash throw blankets cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Do not bleach; tumble dry low or follow the more specific care instructions on the product page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If one method is unavailable, use another option displayed on the checkout page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If the order has not been packed or shipped, we will do our best to help. Changes or cancellation may not be possible after shipment.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately with your order number and correct address. We will try to update it before shipment, but carrier address changes may not be available after the package has been handed over.

Returns & Issues

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with an appropriate replacement, refund or other solution.

Can I return an item?

Contact us before sending anything back. Items should be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Eligibility may depend on the item condition, order status and destination.

Who pays return shipping?

If an item is incorrect or arrives damaged, we will review the best solution with you. For other eligible returns, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
